Will, NC, Northampton, James B. Bryan 1819 In the name of God Amen, I JAMES B. BRYAN of Northampton County and state of North Carolina being in a low state of health but of a well disposing mind and both of perfect sense and memory to make this my last will and testament in the following Manner and form viz. ITEM I give and bequeath to my beloved brother ROBERT BRYAN twenty acres of land adjoining to my said brothers land this to him and his heirs forever. ITEM I give and bequeath to my beloved brother JOHN BRYAN a note of forty seven dollars, which note is due to me from him, the said brother, JOHN BRYAN occasioned by a division of property, this together with the balance of my lands that are not here to forgiven away this to him and his heirs forever. The above I submit and evolve to being my last will and testament and furthermore I constitute and ordained by brother JOHN BRYAN to be my executor In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 17th day of March eighteen hundred and nineteen.
