Edgecombe County greeting.

We command you take the body of NICHOLAS BYNUM if to be found in your
bailiwick and him safely keep so that you can have him before the justices of
our inferior Court of pleas and quarter sessions at the next court to be held
for said County at the courthouse in Tarborogh on the third Tuesday in July
next then and there to answer ELIZABETH DEW administrator of all & c. of
ABRAHAM DEW, deceased, of a plea of trespass the case damage twenty pounds
proc. money.

And have there this writ.

in the year of our Reign Anno Domini 1774.

Edgecombe County

Edgecombe County greeting.

In the suit brought by JACOB O’DANIEL administrator of ABRAHAM DEW against
WILLIAM BRYANT and HENRY DAPHIN of said County for the sum of fifteen pounds
Proc., the sheriff having returned not to be found thereupon at the
“attorney’s motion” attachment is granted to him.

We therefore command you that of the goods and chattels of the said WILLIAM
BRYANT and HENRY DAPHIN you attach so much as will pay and satisfy the above
debt and cost. repleviable on security given so also compel the said WILLIAM
and HENRY to appear as at our next inferior Court of pleas and quarter
sessions to be held for said County on the second Tuesday in April next then
and there to answer to the said JACOB in said suit.

And have there this writ.

January in the year of our reign Anno Domini 1765.

the 4th Tuesday in October next then and there to answer JACOB O’DANIEL
administrator of the goods and chattels of ABRAHAM DEW deceased on
administered MARY & JOHN DEW to a plea of trespass on the case damage fifteen
pounds proc.

And have there this writ.
