Sealed with our own seals and dated this 15th day of February A. D. 1783, the condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the above bounded WILLIAM JONES having obtained a license to be joined in holy matrimony with MARY MATTHEWS. Now if, therefore, there be no lawful cause to obstruct the marriage for which said license was obtained then the above obligation to be void else to be and remain in full force and virtue.
